TC3 Architects, P.C. is a one man architectural firm located in Frisco, Colorado at an elevation of 9,097' (2,272 meters) above sea level, which is west of Denver in Summit County. The company was founded by Tom Connolly in the summer of 1994, after moving to the Summit County area in the fall of 1990. Tom has served the Town of Frisco as both a Town Council Member and Planning Commission Member, where he continues to serve to the present day.
Tom was born in New York City, and raised in Mannheim, Germany from 1960-1972. Upon graduation from Mannheim American High School, he attended Oklahoma State University where he graduated in 1976. He has worked for architectural firms while living in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Madison, Wisconsin and Breckenridge, Colorado, before finding his way home to Frisco. Tom is licensed in Colorado and Wisconsin, and also holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards certificate.
